I felt that although he is there to sell a product he still remained sincere and was not forcing us into something that we were not interested in. We were able to negotiate and offer that both parties were comfortable with. He was very helpful from start to finish that afternoon. Once the car was in my possession Jason went the extra mile and took the time to get in the car and show me how to use all of the new technology. I walked away with a beautiful new car without feeling like I got a raw deal. This was overall a great car buying experience with both the dealership and with Jason. I had a very positive experience with this dealer. My husband and I went there about two weeks ago just looking. We took Patrick's business card. When we were ready to buy, we went back. I had printed out details of five vehicles I was interested in and Patrick was very accomodating finding every one that was on my list. He even took us around back because one of the vehicles I wanted to look at was on the list to go to the wholesaler. He checked to make sure whether or not it was going. I had to go back home and get the car I was trading in and while I did that, Patrick made sure the car I was buying was washed and had a full tank of gas. We took the car home that day. The car I was trading in was in pretty bad shape but they still gave us $1000.00 for it. And that was sight unseen, before I even brought the car down there. And when we came onto the lot the first time, there was not an instant rush from the sales personnel to make contact. They allowed us time to look around. The sales person we dealt with was very friendly. And while we were signing the papers, my six year old was able to make us of the play room they have for the kids. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend the dealer and Patrick Osborne to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. Also, when Patrick knew that we were mainly looking at used vehicles, he did not try and push us into a new vehicle. More
