Walking into the dealership with the thought of trading in my fully loaded 2009 Chevrolet Impala LTZ for a new Sonata LTD had me concerned. When I talked with Brian, I told him what my budget was to purcha in my fully loaded 2009 Chevrolet Impala LTZ for a new Sonata LTD had me concerned. When I talked with Brian, I told him what my budget was to purchase a new car and that I would not go for anything less than the LTD model. Surprisingly, Brian came back with the appraisal of my Imapala and monthly payments for the purchase of the Sonata LTD model. Brian had met the criteria I set. The sale was made at that point. Kudos to Rte 2 Hyundai. I did not fill in the "Optional" section of this form as all information from me and all information of the sale from this dealership, was on the table with no hidden costs. The dealership sales man "Joshua Hamel" was right on the ball. Any and every questions my wife and I would ask, he would have the answer. He was right upfront with us and honest. The people that where working in the dealership was very nice people. We walked in to just price and we walked out with a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe. All in the same day with in a couple of hours. Never ever have I seen that Fast and Great of service. :) More

I learned about Rt 2 Hyundai through a direct mailing regarding a pre-approved credit offer. I decided to see what I had qualified for and paid the dealer a visit. I first met Samantha from the finance department who introduced my wife and I to our salesman Brian Smith. Brian was extremely courteous and asked us what we were looking for and immediately arranged for us to take a test ride in a 2011 Santa Fe Limited. Once our test ride was completed Brian asked us what our budget was for purchasing a new car. Having done some prior research I quickly explained where I needed to be for a monthly payment and what I though a fair price for the car was. Brian quickly went to the sales manager and told us we could get the car for the price we wanted. There was no pressure from Brian or the dealership to purchase the car, however since the price and monthly payment were at the level I wanted we left a deposit to the hold car knowing I would need to come back in (Sunday) and have my trade-in appraised. Brian was quick to let me know he had the next day off but if I wanted to call him he would be there to meet me the next day and appraise the trade-in. Sure enough I called Brian the next day and he greeted me upon my arrival, had the trade-in appraised and we completed the final paperwork so we could pick up the car the following day. Delivery of the car was very smooth. Brian explained to us all of the features of Santa Fe we had purchased, had all the paperwork ready for us and we were in and out of the dealership with our new car in 30 minutes. The overall experience with Rt 2 Hyundai was very pleasant from Brian our salesman, to Kevin in finance I was very comfortable and never felt pressured to make a purchase. I would highly recommend buying from Rt 2 Hyundai and when the time comes from my next car purchase I will be back. More

I've since bought 4 cars from this dealership, 2 new & 2 used. The only difference has been the odometer readings. I had such a good experience with Josh the first time I remembered him by name when it came time to replace the cars, and waited for him to be available to start the sales process. The owner, Dean, is always on site, and is a huge factor in the customer focus, and attention to small details everyone at the dealership exemplify. I work almost 60 miles away from the dealership, and have had conversations with people in the parking lot who have also bought from Rte 2. I've never heard a negative comment. I'm not saying they are flawless, as I've had a couple times where things have gone wrong. But they do everything possible to make it right as quickly as possible. More
