I came into the dealership just browsing as I was potentially in the market for a new car. I ended up driving away in a brand new Sonata. Johnny was very helpful getting us into a newer vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with johnny. We are now dealing with the service department, and the experience so far has been fair at best. Three trips to replace rear wiper motor, and now going for a second trip for an engine check light. Second trip for engine check light on Tuesday 9-27-11. Found CAT to be bad, ordering new CAT, and will schedule another day to service vehicle when part is in. Called today, 10-4-11, part is not in yet. Told it has something to do about which distribution center it is shipped from????? Service Department will call when part is in. 8 days and counting.... More

My best car buying experience! The entire staff was friendly, informal , enthusiastic and confident as opposed to the stereotyped shark-suited salesperson.Brian was my "go to" sales person who oversaw friendly, informal , enthusiastic and confident as opposed to the stereotyped shark-suited salesperson.Brian was my "go to" sales person who oversaw the entire transaction. I initially came in looking at a 2004 Hyundai Sonata with 66K miles. I had my financing arranged being aware of what I wanted to spend and my monthly budgeted payments. We had the paperwork almost completed when Brian asked if I would want to purchase a 2007 Hyundai Sonata with 36K miles that was just traded in for a new Hyundai SUV. He mentioned there was a good chance that my monthly budget could be met albeit with a longer commitment. Needless to say, financing was arranged to my satisfactioin and I agreed to the transaction. It appears that I was in the right place at the right time. The finance manager (I believe his name is Peter) was very helpful in explaining the paperwork and answered my questions truthfully. I had done a bit of research on most major car manufacturers. I was most impressed with Hyundai's safety record and styling. The interior seems to suggest being a more expensive car. Also, the HyundaiUSA and MyHyundai websites offer a plethora of information. It was a nice touch for Route 2 to proved a $29 check with the registration for the first inspection. a 5.0 rating is well earned. More
