I was treated faily and given the opportunity to look at the cars available. Questions were answered clearly and the purchase was simple. Internet pricing was great (Max is their Internet guy). Our salesman was Zack (their just two weeks from a Nissan dealership). Got a great price on an Elantra Ltd. Great price on a trade in. I forgot the finance guys name but he was also a complete pro. My Mother-in-Law hates buying new cars and I love it - that is why I went with her to Rte. 2 Hyundai. We were in an out in seventy minutes. I definitely made points with my Mother-in-Law and I had a great experience at a dealership that I would not of considered until I found out about Herb Chambers addendum pricing ($1995 markup over MSRP) More

Wow!!! It was a great experience, especially when compared to our trip to Herb Chambers in Auburn. No pressure. We took 2 cars out for a test drive. I am sure if I had requested a third, it would have not been a problem. It did not feel like I was putting Zak out of his way unlike at Herb Chambers. Another thing this dealership did not do, was add another $2K above and beyond the MSRP for a piece of plastic that goes on the door- unbelievable- I felt insulted that a dealer would think I would pay above MSRP and that would be that starting price for negotiating. Zak was a pleasure to deal with. He explained all the electronic features of the car so a beginner like me could use them. He was honest when I asked about driving with a lower profile tire in NE. I definitely would recommend and would go back to Rte 2 Hyundai- even though it was slightly out of my way. I liked working with Zak and would prefer to work with him again. When negotiating the price, Sales Manager did not come over an pressure us. Zak took care of our dealings. But once completed, Mike the General Sales Manager came over and thanked us. Financing was easy when dealing with Kevin (I think that is his name). More

When I decided it was time for a new car I went looking at several local dealers in my area, but was not satisfied with what I found. The salesmen at other dealers were bossy, rude, and unwilling to negot at several local dealers in my area, but was not satisfied with what I found. As soon as I stepped out of my car the salesman, Zac, introduced himself to me, and asked me what I was looking for. Zac was pleasant to deal with - he has a good sense of humor, and an actual personality (unlike so many other salesmen I've met)! Zac was very knowledgable about the cars on his lot, and was extremely helpful when it came to finding the right vehicle for me. Zac really worked with me to get to the right price, and made the whole process of buying a car easy and fun, rather than frustrating and stressful. I am thrilled with my 2011 Sonata, and I would definitely do business with Route 2 Hyundai again - I've already recommended them to all of my friends and family! More
