I have NEVER received service like this at a dealership in my life. I expected to be treated rudely, over charged, dissatisfied, and leave upset, as I have always experienced elsewhere in the past. Jay Gratton in their service department handled the warranty work on my 2003 Pilot with the utmost kindness. He was totally caring, courteous, attentative and professional. He was able to have all of the necessary repairs covered under the extended warranty, which was greatly apprteciated. He actually apologized that the repairs would not be done the same day. The work was completed the following day. I have never had service work done so fast, ever. I expected to be without my vehicle for a week, at least. A Toyota dealer once had my vehicle for THREE WEEKS, did not perform the requested repairs, AND attempted to charge me TWICE the authorized repair price !!! Thank you Jay Gratton and Honda Cars of Boston. I would also like to sincerely thank Paul Donovan in their parts department. My family owns Jimbo's Auto Body in Saugus (41 years), and Paul does an outstanding job. He provides us with multiple deliveries a day if needed, the right part the first time, and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I only wish that my other suppliers/car lines were nearly as professional. Life would much simpler. In closing, THANK YOU to all at Honda Cars of Boston. Keep up the great work. I'm not 100% pleased with my car because I've had problems with the transmission and the starter in less than a year. Nonetheless, I'm very pleased with the level of customer service from the servic problems with the transmission and the starter in less than a year. Nonetheless, I'm very pleased with the level of customer service from the service department, and I feel like I have forged a relationship with at least one employee there. Keep up the good work! I love the Servicing guys. They are simply SUPERB!! My next car will probably a Honda again, just because I love the service I get from this dealer. I have owned at least fifteen new cars and I have never experienced more friendly, professional and reasonable people to work with. The sales process was painless, quick and probably the most reasonable n experienced more friendly, professional and reasonable people to work with. The sales process was painless, quick and probably the most reasonable negotiations I ever went through. Although my vehicle has required little outside of routine maintenance, everyone I have dealt with has been very friendly and service is always rendered within the time frame promised and at the price I expected. This may be the first vehicle that I have owned that I have had the dealer do ALL of my repair work including routine maintenance. Typically a dealer service department is not terrible convenient and almost always over-priced. That is not the case here. I would not hesitate recommending Honda Cars of Boston to anyone for sales or service. A great team of people providing great service at a reasonable price! More

This IS an exceptionally difficult climate to please the consumer in....and I must tip my hat to Dave, Jay and the crew at Honda Cars of Boston. Their professionalism, humor and attention to detail are greatly appreciated and a welcome relief from average service, bad attitudes and the low bar that we often have come to accept. I purchased my Honda with you...and have been servicing with you since 2005...and I have been not only been impressed with the consistency of service, but also the longevity of the employees there. Customer service in a small business is akin to juggling chainsaws without losing a limb. No easy task! Wishing you continued success........... We have two HONDA's in our family and having been doing business with Honda Cars of Boston for greater than 20 years now. We would not buy anything but a HONDA and certainly would not buy it anywhere els business with Honda Cars of Boston for greater than 20 years now. We would not buy anything but a HONDA and certainly would not buy it anywhere else. I cannot say enough about Jay Gratton who we normally call whenever we need service done on our cars. He is so customer oriented it is a pleasure having our cars serviced. I also want to commend the owners and the Sales Manager, Malcolm for having such a professional and customer-first attitude. More
