This is my second unpleasant encounter with their customer service, specifically with Service Advisor Mr. Morganelli. Three months ago, I visited McGovern for a service on my vehicle. I felt the customer service from Mr. Morganelli was rude, but I decided not to leave a bad review, thinking everyone has a bad day. Unfortunately, today's visit was no different. Mr. Morganelli was again unprofessional and dismissive. Given these repeated negative experiences, I have decided this will be my last visit to McGovern. The poor customer service from this particular advisor is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to others. More
