I will use mcgoven ford in lowell again. I delta with Lisa the service adviser about the problem with my f150 transmission. It was going to cost $6700.00 to repair. I only had 31,000 miles and 6 years but was out of warranty. . Lisa went above and beyond and connected ford to help cover some of the expenses. She got the bill amount done to about$2,100 dollars.
