Scheduled a service appointment 2 weeks in advance. Dealership did not have the parts needed to fix my truck stating (28 hours after I dropped my truck off) earliest they could start the fix was in 3 d Dealership did not have the parts needed to fix my truck stating (28 hours after I dropped my truck off) earliest they could start the fix was in 3 days. When I asked why they didn’t have the materials in stock when I had an appointment with what seemed to be plenty of time in advance, I was told, you didn’t talk to me so I don’t know. Sent an uber to the wrong address to pick me up, and the was the second time this type of customer service was provided, or lack there of I should say. More
