I had a 9:00 AM appointment on a Tuesday and dropped my car off the night before because I had to work the next day. At 3:30 PM the following day, I called to let them know I was on my way to pick up my ca car off the night before because I had to work the next day. At 3:30 PM the following day, I called to let them know I was on my way to pick up my car. My first call went unanswered, so I left a voicemail. Someone eventually called me back and told me that my 9:00 AM appointment was only to meet with a service advisor. This was never communicated to me beforehand. At no point was I told that my appointment was simply to meet with an advisor rather than have my car looked at. Despite having my car since the night before, they claimed I had missed my appointment, never called me to clarify anything, and had not even started diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. I also texted the number they had provided and received no response all day. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete lack of consideration for my time were extremely disappointing. I understand that scheduling and appointments are important, but clear communication is just as important. If I had been told upfront what the appointment was actually for, this entire situation could have been avoided. I will not be bringing my car back here for service, and I would encourage others to make sure they fully understand the appointment process before leaving their vehicle. More

My 2018 Mustang wouldn't start, so my husband Ken looked it over & connected battery charger. I had him contact Carlos, who said to bring it in for inspection of the battery. Ken was able to start & drive t it over & connected battery charger. I had him contact Carlos, who said to bring it in for inspection of the battery. Ken was able to start & drive the Mustang to the shop & an hour or so latter was advised by Carlos the battery needed replacement ( after 18yrs) battery replaced my Mustang allset thanks Carlos for getting me back on the road.
