Numerous technical issues with their AI phone system aside, made an all-day drop off appointment for Friday. I called and left a message asking for a status update and received a call at 4pm asking if they can keep the truck another day to complete the service or i could take it that day with only party of the services completed This is the second time had problems with the service department since Mcgovern has taken ownership. My service advisor Lisa Rapoza has to be by far the best service advisor I have had for ove . I keep going back because of the great customer service. My service advisor Lisa Rapoza has to be by far the best service advisor I have had for over 55 years of having my cars serviced at different dealerships. She listens to your issues then carefully goes over them with you to make sure she understands exactly what the issue is. What a great asset she is to this dealership. She was able to get my car up and running in such quick and efficient manner when I thought I could be without my car for weeks. Thanks Lisa great job!! More
