ABSOLUTELY NOT, NEVER AGAIN! I was highly disrespected and got major attitude from the service advisors. If I could give them 0 stars, I would! If you are planning to go in for service, just know you will be scammed out of your money. They do not care about the customers at all, just what's in your pockets. I am a college student and they took advantage. I went in for service towards the beginning of April and I do not think I have ever been so screwed in my life. I asked for them to replace my RF brake caliper. That is the only thing I wanted them to do since I work at a car dealership and was headed home in the following days. I am not from MA but needed the caliper replaced so I could get home safely. I got there at 7:45am, they took my car right in, told me it would be done by afternoon. Sounds great, right? No. Around 12pm, I got a text message saying "PARTS NEED TO BE ORDERED", Are you kidding me? What have you been doing for 4 hours???!!! I go up to the counter and ask what parts need to be ordered, they inform me that the Brake caliper replacement needs the front caliper + bracket + banjo bolt. I said no and that I only wanted the brake caliper done. They then argued with me saying that is not how it works and that the entire system needs replacement. I told them that my car dealership would do it, please just replace the brake caliper. The service advisor than spoke to the technician, and I asked them how much replacing ONLY the brake caliper would be. It was totaled out to almost $1100. Are you serious? I understand I need to pay for the labor and parts but that was a scam and complete nonsense. I declined and took it back to my car dealership and they charged me $82 and they did it in 20 minutes. I also learned that all MOPAR parts come with the banjo bolt alongside the brake caliper so why am I paying separate for it. Never go here for service, you will just be drained your money. I regret even walking into this building. More
