I felt very disrespected as a customer, especially after I declined to have work done because I felt costs were way too high. Also, felt like there was a lot of price gouging going on. They recommended one servive for over $700 for something that wasn't needed. The 2nd place I brought car to showed me actual items in question to prove it. Then that stupid text app that lists recommended service didn't work correctly & only showed the very high final cost, but no explanation for why it was so high. I won't be going back to this place for service in the future. More

Brought the Jeep in for a coolant flush and paid approx $175. Left and smelled coolant for a few weeks before bringing it in for a redux. The car was NOT leaking coolant prior to the flush. After service l $175. Left and smelled coolant for a few weeks before bringing it in for a redux. The car was NOT leaking coolant prior to the flush. After service looked again I was told I needed a new radiator. Service said I must have kicked up a stone or something into the radiator. I told them I was not leaking prior to my original visit and since they touched the car I was leaking. Price quoted for the radiator job...$1,900. I left and had the car looked at and in the end for $47 for a new upper radiator hose to replace the hose the tech ruined I was good again More
