No, I didn't buy the car there. It's all warranty work. 2021 scat pack 1320. I had an appointment for 11:30am, January 22nd. The service advisor told me it wouldn't be seen till 4:00pm. I made the appointment a week before. There was three or four cars ahead of me. Their service advisor said, he didn't have enough technicians. Some of them on vacation. There's a problem with my key fob. All of the buttons worked. When I put on the break, push the switch ignition. The key fob not detected. I call my service advisor 5:00 the same day. He asked me if the car could stay overnight. I said Yes. The service is called the that morning at 9:00. He says you take your car. I said, it should be in the mechanics Bay. I left the car there last night. I figured the mechanic is started on it right away. The service advisor told me he needed a couple days. He said, when I left he brought it in the garage. I believe he worked on my car for 2 hours. I don't think he work on the car 1 hour. I think the service advisor wasn't Honest with me. I'll let it go with that. I feel I was a nuisance to him, the service advisor. McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, always sends me an oil change voucher. You can get it this price. I had one car that oil changed. I had a cool off before, I wrote this review. Robert W More

Can’t say enough about the staff at this dealership! My salesman, Wilson, is the nicest person who went above and beyond for me during the entire process of me getting into a new 2024 Jeep Sahara.
