We bought the VIP service plan. Decided we couldn't use as we dont live in Lubbock. Contacted Adam in finace dept. many times by phone, text, email, etc. with no luck. Took vehicle in for check engine light on, I was told start 15 times. I had my husband take it back 2 days later, the service guy looked at Vin and told my husband it had recall. Full factory warranty on car. It should have been fixed first time. This is twice I've been told would been charge for a problem on car with full factory warranty. More
