Dishonest from day one. Calls not returned by 3 Dishonest from day one. Calls not returned by 3 employees. Was told it was ready to be picked up but when I got there neither the paperwork nor th Dishonest from day one. Calls not returned by 3 employees. Have to take it back next week to get done all the things that should already have been done. Checkout process was suppose to be in & out...was 3 hours. They offer no free perks and didn’t get the extra $300 I was promised. I would recommend using a different dealership if you want to be taken well care of. This one consistently overtalked and under performed. Update: vehicle been in shop more days than I have had it and when I went to pick it up...STiLL not ready (3 flat tires) and putting it back in shop next week. Tired of the run around from this dealership. :( More

I have a maintenance plan. They are always really quick about changing my oil, rotating my tires, & checking my fluids. Plus, they always wash the road crud off of my car so it looks nice and shiney.
