Chris, During our discussion the recall work performed by us at no charge was thoroughly explained and was in no relation to the failed spark plug causing your concern. I understand your frustration and unfortunately maintenance items on a 12-year-old vehicle with 120K miles tend to fail. Out of good faith McFarland Ford did extend an offer to assist in your needed repair.
