Was looking online for used vehicles and found a 2010 Buick Lacrosse that I was interested in. Came into the dealership and Stephen was extremely helpful. I'd already gotten approval for an auto loan t Buick Lacrosse that I was interested in. Came into the dealership and Stephen was extremely helpful. I'd already gotten approval for an auto loan through my credit union but Stephen was able to get me a lower APR through the dealership's lenders. On the topic of helpfulness outside of just the sale: Had an issue where my key wouldn't work for the pushbutton start. Called Stephen and he made sure the problem was covered under my warranty(it was) so I had it towed to the lot and they took it from there. Got it back the next day, and has been working fine ever since. Great service from everyone I've encountered at the dealership! More

Customer service was top-notch and genuine from the get go. Aaron was great getting my service scheduled. My car problems were quickly diagnosed and serviced. On Saturday, 10-12-13, I was in possession of a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze, with 39-month lease about to expire, and a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta wagon, which needed to be replaced. Having had an extraordinarily Chevrolet Cruze, with 39-month lease about to expire, and a 2002 Volkswagen Jetta wagon, which needed to be replaced. Having had an extraordinarily good experience with McCarthy Chevrolet when I leased my Cruze, I headed to the dealership, Volkswagen in tow. I needed to replace 2 vehicles! I had made an appointment with salesperson Erik Fish, and was greeted the moment that I walked in the door. Erik spent a great deal of time explaining my options with the expiring lease, and also helped me look at another new vehicle, to purchase. Long story short - my wife and I departed the dealership within a few hours, each driving new vehicles, a 2014 Cruze LS, leased, and a 2013 Sonic LT, purchased. Each car had been detailed and filled with gas for our drive home! Before we left the dealership, Erik even took the time to explain the details and conveniences of each of the vehicles, as well as making sure that our Smartphones were set up, etc. Chris Savell helped us with our negotiations and on our paperwork, and could not have been more accommodating! We were very, very pleased with the "deal" that we made on the new vehicles, and I am thankful that, now, all of my cars will receive the great attention that McCarthy's service department offers.
