I'd already gotten approval for an auto loan through my credit union but Stephen was able to get me a lower APR through the dealership's lenders. On the topic of helpfulness outside of just the sale: Had an issue where my key wouldn't work for the pushbutton start. Called Stephen and he made sure the problem was covered under my warranty(it was) so I had it towed to the lot and they took it from there. Got it back the next day, and has been working fine ever since. Great service from everyone I've encountered at the dealership! More
