What a waste of time! I contacted the dealership in advance to check on a vehicle's availability. Received email confirmation from Madison Engbrock that the vehicle was in I contacted the dealership in advance to check on a vehicle's availability. Received email confirmation from Madison Engbrock that the vehicle was in stock and would be ready for my 3:15 appointment. "Check in with "so and so" when you get here for the test drive." Drove 45 minutes to the dealership and not only was "so and so" not at work that day, the vehicle I wanted to look at WAS NO LONGER THERE! It was still listed for sale on their website but according to a salesman, it was taken to auction some time ago. Thanks for wasting my time Madison! Thanks for your diligence in actually confirming that the vehicle of interest was there! Thanks for setting up an appointment with a sales rep that was off today! I'll certainly avoid Olathe McCarthy in the future. These people are either lazy or incompetent, likely both. More
