I had a paint issue with my previous car. I talked with my previous salesperson for my first Mazda (I'll not mention his name) he was very unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. I guess I’ve been spoiled by the great service that I’ve received at Autoway Toyota in Pinellas Park because Tyrone Square Mazda has not even come close to their service. I have a Mazda CX9 that I original received at Autoway Toyota in Pinellas Park because Tyrone Square Mazda has not even come close to their service. I have a Mazda CX9 that I originally bought at Ferman Mazda in Clearwater and they provided great service. But, Mazda decided that they weren’t going to support their dealerships sharing space with any other dealers so they shut down the Ferman Mazda dealership. So I went to Tyrone Square for an oil change and what an eye opening experience that was. Well, I made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early and waited, and waited, and waited - An HOUR LATER the service technician finally got the car and drove it to the service bay where he performed the oil change that took about another 30 minutes to complete. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to complete the paperwork before they finally told me the oil change was completed. So it took them nearly two hours to do an oil change that should’ve taken a little over half an hour to complete. And then the service technician forgot to reinstall the access panels under the engine compartment and I had to return to the dealership so they could rectify the original service tech’s mistake which took them another hour of my time. More
My experience with the service department was beyond exceptional!!! The service manager’s involvement was extraordinary….always ensuring that I was being kept informed on the progress of my vehicle, and exceptional!!! The technician during his inspection noted that my brake pads needed replacement; so thankful that he found that issue with a recommended fix. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked brand new as it had been detailed. I had carted three dogs around in my vehicle and dog hair was everywhere….you could not see one hair anywhere after the detailing!!! The entire staff is so helpful and always ensures that you are taken care of. I will recommend your dealership to others in the future, and of course, I will return when my car needs maintenance, or when it’s time to buy a new Mazda!! More
My sales woman Miss Potter was wonderful she has the best attitude that a sale women could have. She was just as excited as I was to get me into a new car.
