Everything went smooth the negotiation, finance and warranty. Devon and Jeff did fine. The only problem was when I got home I knew I had to get a second fob and Your dealership gave me a $150.00 allowa warranty. Devon and Jeff did fine. But I did not know the only key would not open the door with a dead battery, because the hard key was never cut, that should of been checked. After a while I read that ford could give you the code to cut that key but you had to go to the ford dealership and prove your ownership so after 5 hours I got the fob and the hard key cut. I had been expecting the fob but not the hard key. And the car was out of gas when I took it from the dealership More

Everyone was so helpful. Matt showed me several cars, got me the car I wanted at the price I wanted without too much back-and-forth.
