Pleasant car buying experience at Maxon Hyundai Mazda I chose to go to Maxon Hyundai because I used them once before over 10 yrs ago. I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe the first time and the experience I chose to go to Maxon Hyundai because I used them once before over 10 yrs ago. I purchased a new Hyundai Santa Fe the first time and the experience was very positive. I also serviced my car there for years and I really liked the people at the Service Center and the center itself was very comfortable and at the time even had computers that you could sign on to and use while you were there. The Hyundai Santa Fe drove over 200,000 miles with only minor problems in the end. For this reason after looking at several other car dealerships, I decided to go to Maxon Hyundai again and purchase another Santa Fe. The salesman was great. Showed me the car that I had seen online and them a few others to see as a comparison. I decided to purchase the car and the salesman helped me decide on finance options as I was in need of a car ASAP since I did not have a car. He processed everything very quickly and I was able to drive the car off the lot. Everyone the dealership was very nice to work with. I would highly recommend using this dealership. More

Everything was great until I signed To begin with, the salesperson was late picking us up at the airport. When we got there, the sales manager tried to tell us we had to purchase a wind To begin with, the salesperson was late picking us up at the airport. When we got there, the sales manager tried to tell us we had to purchase a window etching warranty. It was on the workup sheet. Finally, he gave up and said we weren't required to get it. I ran interest rates on auto loans based on my credit worthiness. He told me the best he could do was 4.99%. probably capital one gave them the biggest kickback. Later I refinanced with my hometown bank for 3.05%.hmmmm. other promises were broken by the salesperson and the attached BMV. Bought the car on July 14th. Today is September 7th. Still have no plates or registration. I could write more..... More
