Terrible from beginning to end From the moment I worked with this dealership, it has been a headache. From the pushy and unhelpful sales team, the extremely busy finance department, From the moment I worked with this dealership, it has been a headache. From the pushy and unhelpful sales team, the extremely busy finance department, and the "new and improved" maintenance center where they take your car for a week and never fix anything, this is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car. And if you do, be prepared to waste your time and money. I just sold my car that I bought from them, and all I can say is thank God I don't have to try working with them again. More

Poor customer service It was all a bad experience. The sales rep told us the wrong information about the car, then lost the keys to the car we wanted to look at. Then put a It was all a bad experience. The sales rep told us the wrong information about the car, then lost the keys to the car we wanted to look at. Then put a higher price on the paperwork. Then when we came back to close the deal they didn’t bother to call and tell us the car already sold. We were looking at a 15 passenger van and called ahead to make sure it had all 15 seats which he told us it did. We were surprised to get there and find it had only 11 seats. What a waste of five hours! More
