I got a great deal and more important everyone I dealt with did what they said they would. I found I could trust them. They were all really great. Just a week or so ago I started looking for another used car. I searched on True Car and the first one to come up I liked showed up as Maximum Auto Search (just like my first car). I sent an inquiry and Mouad responded. What a great salesman, or maybe I should say advisor. He was so not pushy, but very patient and also very knowledgeable. I admit I've called on his expertise more than one time. He helped me make a very good choice. I so appreciate Mouad. Eric was really helpful when I needed it and Ulysses was awesome to work with closing the sale. The maintenance department (Brandon and everyone there) were really fantastic. We just don't do it very often as we take care of our cars and drive them for as long as we can. Being able to buy the right car for the right price at the right time for our family is simply one of the most financially responsible things we try to do. Working with Maximum Auto Search on our Honda Pilot was exactly that. With all that said, it's important to realize that even if a company has what we are hoping to purchase, the first impressions with the sales team and their service is the identifying factor as to whether or not we will move forward. From the moment I called, stepped on the lot, test drove, and worked through the entire car buying process our sales rep, Brandt Bowman, was, without question, one of the finest sales reps we've dealt with. His timely and up front communication, willingness to answer our plethora of questions, seeking to understand our needs, extra time working with us on his day off, and ensuring that our voice was heard made this entire experience was a 10/10.
