Brandt, the Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I was shopping around locally for a used Honda Odyssey to upgrade our current 2016. Yes, I could have purchased one out of state, but I wanted to keep it local and support small business', and boy, did I make the right decision! Brandt, Ryan, & Micah were an absolute pleasure to work with. They addressed my needs and concerns fast and efficiently and I will be back when my 2018 Honda Odyssey requires routine maintenance. Great experience and good prices We went to test drive a couple of cars we were interested in, we were able to test drive them while having a relaxed conversation with Daniel the agen We went to test drive a couple of cars we were interested in, we were able to test drive them while having a relaxed conversation with Daniel the agent, talking and taking our time with no rush. there was never a point we felt pressured to make a decision right away, and spent about few hours talking about pros and cons (consider we live in the mountains), of different cars with both the agent and the manager who were very helpful and patient. We got a car (Toyota Highlander) we are very happy with, took it to another inspection (besides the inspection performed at the dealership), and there are 0 problems with it, just as the dealer said. This is a place we will be more than happy to recommend to anyone who wants to buy a used car. More
