Avoid this dealership at all costs!I was sold a 2006 Avoid this dealership at all costs! I was sold a 2006 4Runner and was told a “113 point inspection” was done on it. Come to find out there’s a mass Avoid this dealership at all costs! I was sold a 2006 4Runner and was told a “113 point inspection” was done on it. Come to find out there’s a massive hold on the intake manifold, brake springs were installed on backwards, engine codes were deleted with a OBD2 scanner, and a busted catalytic converter. They sprayed the underside of the car to hide lots of rust. Suffice to say, do not trust anything they tell you about the vehicle you are purchasing. I was also told this vehicle has a timing chain that never needs to be replaced, which was NOT true. The story gets even better with the finance department. The finance guy Ryan was very condescending, called me “bud” and lied about interest rates to push me to purchase their warranty. He told me the only way to get my interest rate down was to purchase their warranty even though I have a 780 credit score. I was sold a “level 4” warranty which Ryan assured bumper to bumper coverage on, also a lie. Ryan also said that he didn’t believe George Floyd was killed by police, like who brings that kind of stuff up during a business transaction!? If you are thinking of purchasing a vehicle here, just steer clear, the cars are double the price of what they pay for them and they perform zero maintenance on them. VERY SHADY STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, DISHONEST. Terrible- bought a car in May 2020 noticed some leaking in August 2020. The test inspection they run is not done in a manner that would catch major damage, their service department lacks the expertise to ensure that you are getting a quality vehicle. Sales team is either incompetent or not honest about the condition of the vehicles they offer and after the sale is final they really do not care about you. More

My husband and I were super impressed with this dealership! The 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrek Premium was in excellent condition and was a PERFECT buy for us! And, from the very beginning, working with Chase Barnett in Sales, he was super helpful and super friendly and he actually came and picked us up with our new (used) car and we test drove it back to the dealership to finalize the paperwork on it right away! I bought a vehicle from them, decided to get a warranty. I try and use the warranty and they tell me its not covered. If you sell back the warranty, the warranty tell you that they only paid a 1800 for the I try and use the warranty and they tell me its not covered. If you sell back the warranty, the warranty tell you that they only paid a 1800 for the warranty. I looked back at my paperwork to find out I was charged 4000. I then tried to get answers as to why, they don't call back for months. You finally get ahold of someone and they tell you they make money on warranties. Any person that knew this wouldn't purchase a warranty through them, would go directly to the third party warranty place. They then tell you that they don't have to refund you your money. They also like to hangup on you. More

I didn't buy the truck that day, I wanted more information on maintenance that had been done to it. I got the info I was looking for and decided to purchase the vehicle. I put 500 dollars down to hold the vehicle for me. Told my salesman I am on my way to pick it up. Got half way there he sends me text saying don't come they sold just sold it to another customer. My salesman put up on the board the truck has been sold, put the truck way in the back lot and stapled sold tag to the keys. Another salesman erased the board and took the sold tag off the keys. After doing a little research, I have found out this is a common practice at this dealer. Two managers have promised me they will make it right! Will find another truck and sell to me at cost. A month has gone by and I haven't heard a word! I was promised phone calls and would stay in touch with me. I went there and confronted then about this situation and asked them to make it right, they can refund me the money for the inspection, since I will have to have another truck inspected. He said he would absolutely do that. Im still waiting for the check. More
