Their prices are above book value and even if they discount the price they will make it back some other way. If you purchase from this dealer you WILL end up "upside sown" on your purchase. Never going back there - Took my 2011 Rogue in for oil, tire rotation and a/c check on 4/24/14 at 11 am. Young kid checked me in and didn't have a clue what he was doing. Wa Took my 2011 Rogue in for oil, tire rotation and a/c check on 4/24/14 at 11 am. Young kid checked me in and didn't have a clue what he was doing. Waiting for ride outside he came back and told me it would be $105.00 just to look at the a/c. Then had me sign papers I should have signed at check in. (and I did call ahead for an appointment) Service called 2 hours later and said I had blown seals in the a/c and it would cost $450.00 plus to repair. (Car has 39K on it) I told them go ahead and they said it should be done in 2 hours. Was doing errands with my ride and stopped by to see if it was done. Nope, should be another 1/2 hour but I didn't wait and asked them to call me when it was finished. At 5:30 pm still no call so I called them and after being on hold for a while was told it was done. I asked why no call and the lady told me she just works in the cashier office and doesn't know anything about that. Went to pick up car and saw it in lot and saw the front license plate had been reversed. I told service writer and he said they would pull car in and take care of it. Went to cashier to pay and saw her go past the inspection report which looked blank. I asked about it and she called service manager. Manager was not very understanding but not impolite - just frustrated I think. About the plate he said what do they expect from the guys who wash the cars when they only make minimum wage. About the car not being inspected he said they always do a inspection and he did not know what happened. I commented at least this time they washed my car and he said they always wash them before pickup. I told him this was the first time they had washed it since I bought it there new. He said they should have. He said he would talk with the service tech and have him call me in the morning with anything he found wrong that was not documented. I also told the service manager not to send me an e- mail asking how the service was because they never responded to my last e-mail reply from them which basically said - wash my car, Honda always did. He never made any offer to try to appease me or make it right. Hey if I was the manager I would at minimum have given the customer a free oil change and car detail on their next visit - Nope he just made excuses. Never heard from service tech, or service manager and to top it off they sent me an e-mail asking for feedback from my service visit. Nope, didn't respond to it and will not as they just don't seem to care about their customers. After spending $526.00 there that day, and being treated the way I was I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Mr. Myers if you happen to read this you need to get some service back into your service department because the service I have had there since I bought this car has been very sub par. Unless pigs start to fly I will not be back and neither will my friends or family. More
I don't even know where to begin to tell you how absolutely HORRIBLE this place is. I have a 2012 nissan versa and within the first year I had to take it up to them 4 times to get the air conditione absolutely HORRIBLE this place is. I have a 2012 nissan versa and within the first year I had to take it up to them 4 times to get the air conditioner fixed because they do shoddy work and couldn't get it right until the 4th time. There was also a recall on my shifter that they had to replace. It's always a 3-4 hour wait when I go there for a simple oil change. They had to fix my car because I got in a wreck, I get my car back and I think everything is fine, I break down on the side of the road because apparently the radiator leaked and messed up the transmission so the transmission had to be replaced. They messed up my axel when they did that so my axel broke in half while I was driving. I could have been seriously hurt because of their negligence and horrible work. I'm honestly afraid for them to touch my car again. Oh and one more thing, it took over a month for me to get a nissan emblem put back on the front of my car after the wreck, they said they would deliver it to the collision center that my car was originally at. Well guess what, THEY DIDN'T so we had to go get it ourselves from them. It was out of our way and very unprofessional on their part. Not to mention when they had my car fixing it, I was told it was finished and could pick it up at any time that day. My fiance and I get there at 5 and we were told that we couldn't get it because the service department had to be open in order to get it back. We told them we were told we could pick it up at any time and we weren't leaving until we got the car because we live over an hour away. After waiting an hour and getting the run around one of the managers finally decided to go get my keys and let us leave. This isn't even every problem i've had with them. My car has been in and out of the shop several times because of them. If you know what's good for you, you WILL avoid Chris Meyers Nissan at all costs!!! More
Worst car buying experience of my life. The salesman Rick Welsh was very nice and helpful, but the manager was not. I felt like it was all about making money and not about the customer. His obstinacy was ridiculous and rude, and all it said was "money, money, money!: What happened to professionalism and courtesy? It is obvious what this dealership is all about. More
This is not for a rating, but for your info: I did not know about Chris Myers until recently. My friend in Quitman, MSl, Jim Sanders, recently bought as GMC from there and told me about you. Overall, I know about Chris Myers until recently. My friend in Quitman, MSl, Jim Sanders, recently bought as GMC from there and told me about you. Overall, I was well pleased with my experience. An area that you could improve on is the amount of time it takes for the customer waiting on the paperwork to be completed. I was there over two hours and we had already decided on vehicle and price. Also, I was not sure how the "family & friends" discount entered into my transaction. Is there any way to show this? It has now been 15 days and my title application and local tag paperwork has not arrived. Thanks, Sam 601 480 1981 More

I've had my 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced with Chris Myers on 3 different occasions; breaks, engine repair, and electric window. The employees have been extremely courteous. I was offered a comf Chris Myers on 3 different occasions; breaks, engine repair, and electric window. The employees have been extremely courteous. I was offered a comfortable place to wait and coffee while there. The manager runs a tight ship but stands by the service offered. The manager has always exhibited the highest of integrity and knowledge. I definitely recommend Chris Myers to anyone in need of service. More
At the present time, some serious issues are evident at Chris Myers Nissan in Daphne. Once the real owner is aware of this, I am hopeful it will improve. A simple service visit was a disaster. They did not perform the service at all from the evidence we found. They said 5 quarts of oil were put in with a new filter and oil additive. No sticker was found anywhere, questionable whether any oil was put in at all and new filter somehow was still dirty. Promised a wash, but only hosed off. Maybe they did someone else's car, yet still charged us. Questions were to deaf ears with answers stating our complaint was impossible. Never received an apology, refund or explanation. Service manager totally negligent in follow-up, and also from the start to final statement. We just chalked it up as lesson learned and will be asking Nissan who they would like us to deal with on any warranty needs, repairs or concerns. Will not allow Chris Myers to attempt their tactics of intimidation and maligning again. What was obvious and ironic - they think they have the upper hand. Sorry, it does not work that way, and never will. More

I owned a Nissan Titan that I purchased from my brother, I began bringing it in to Chris Myers for regular service right away (about 3 years ago). Their service department is top notch, the relationship we I began bringing it in to Chris Myers for regular service right away (about 3 years ago). Their service department is top notch, the relationship we built made me want to purchase my new truck at Chris Myers. Boy let me tell you, the sales team did not dissapoint, it is clear to me that customer service and overall satisfaction is a VERY important part of their culture at Chris Myers. Andre and Andrew helped me find the RIGHT truck, they helped me work through the details and come up with the right scenario for my situation, they even helped me clean out the old truck! Bottom line, from service to sales, I recommend Chris Myers Nissan to everybody! More
