Went back to purchase 2nd vehicle from this dealership, had a new sales man Travis Jones. His remark was that he was "old school" and he was horrible!!! I bought my Nissan Murano from Chris Myers. At 37,000 miles I purchased a set of Hankook tires with a lifetime warranty on alignment, balance, and rotation from the dealership (I paid extra for this). I took the Murano in four different times complaining about vibration and a bumpy ride. Supposedly my tires were balanced and rotated each time, although I was told (by an employee) that the guys in the service department get paid by the job, and it would be difficult to find one that would do that. The guy also told me they no longer offer the lifetime warranty. Two years later and ONLY 21,000 miles on the Hankook tires, I bought a new set of tires from Chris Myers. I should have left immediately when I was told it was NOT a manufacturer defect, but the tires were worn out. Hmmm...worn out after 21,000 mile on a 65,000 mile tire? Worn out after the tires had been rotated 4 times in two years? Yeah right! I let them put new tires on my Murano only because the drive was so bad that I didn't feel safe to drive away from the lot. It literally felt like my tires would fall off. I will NEVER do business with Chris Myers again. And I would strongly discourage every person I know to stay away from the dealership, especially the service department. And DON'T buy Hankook tires! More
I worked with Paul, the internet sale rep before ever going to the dealership. Paul was responsive and honored my request to be contacted by email only. Paul was up front with the price, even the dealer options that I didn't want but the dealer had already installed, so they offered them at their cost minus labor. Even when I misunderstood the dealership and accused them of used car tricks, they remained calm and stuck with me until I understood what they were referring to. The dealership has a lot of vehicles on the lot to choose from and will make calls to find what you are looking for if they don't have it. If you are looking for a new Nissan in the Daphne area, I suggest you shoot Paul an email or just got there and ask for Paul. More

The Personell at Nissan are outstanding. They find you what you want and are not pushy. We wanted a Frontier that seated 5 and was a straight shift.
