I knew when they did not put the prices on the vehicles to be wary but he insisted the price was in the range I VERY SPECIFICALLY gave until after I went through all the hoops, the test drive, etc. When they finally presented the written price to me, it was well over what they quoted. Then they tried the games of "well, I must have looked at the price wrong but my manager says this is rock bottom price......" It was a complete waste of my time and I will not go back. More

Always cares I have bought 2 vehicles form Chris Myers Nissan, a 2014 Versa and a 2015 Juke, and they have always treated me and my vehicles as a priority. I love I have bought 2 vehicles form Chris Myers Nissan, a 2014 Versa and a 2015 Juke, and they have always treated me and my vehicles as a priority. I love the reports that they give me showing what they checked out and what services were done. Even when they are obviously busy and looking overwhelmed, they have a ready smile on their face and take their time in explaining my service details. They don't ever appear to be in a hurry when answering my questions and make sure that I understand them before moving on to the next customer. I will continue to use them even after my service package expires for both of my wonderful cars! More

Then they called a few days later and said we had to bring the car back so they could get some numbers off the radio before they could order it. Now we will have to make a fourth trip when the radio comes in. Also, the first appointment was at 10:00. They ran behind , and when we asked about it, they said they didn't really go by appointments. More
Poor service , scam I took my car in to get the window fixed on the drivers side , because it would not go up . It was on a Saturday around 2 pm . They closed at 5 pm they said they would look at it and let me know the price , I said ok . I hadn't been gone more than 30 minutes and they said it would be over $ 900 to fix . I was like seriously , they didn't even examine the car so how would they know . The service guy didn't even take the door panel off they did check the switch and did say that was not the problem . They took my money for WHAT ?? They were rude and we're trying to take advantage of a woman . I wish I would've read the reviews prior to going because they are rated a one ?? I personally wouldn't give them any stars . I will be calling the manager for a rebate they scam people DoNot go to the Dealership . More

Over the last month my car has been in the shop more then driven by me and have spent hours taking my car to be serviced and being told the loaner car I was promised was not available... Terrible Customer Service I did buy a used Dodge 1500 truck from the Internet Sales Department, but would warn anyone who goes there that you will have to wait around all day, I did buy a used Dodge 1500 truck from the Internet Sales Department, but would warn anyone who goes there that you will have to wait around all day, and if you need any repairs from them you better get it in writing before you leave… First of all, I went with my wife on a Saturday to see a truck that I saw online and really liked (my fondness of the truck is the only reason I purchased it). It took them almost an hour to find the truck the first time and it had a check engine light on and needed the tires balanced. While we waited for them to check the engine light we test drove 2 more trucks and went to another dealer to check out another truck. When we came back 4 HOURS later, they still had not checked the engine light! I was not going to purchase the truck without having my mechanic look at it first, so after a lot of convincing they agreed to let me take the truck on Monday morning. It ended up taking over 8 HOURS on Saturday!! Granted, it was a Saturday and they said they were busy, but I never saw more than two customers in there at a time and they had 5 salesmen working to whole day. On Monday it was the same deal… They took almost an hour to find the truck each time it was supposed to be done with checking the engine light, balancing the tire, or washing it. We ended up staying for another 10 HOURS on Monday as well just to sign the papers!!! Then when I found out the wheels needed to be balanced 2 weeks later, they gave me the run around and played phone tag for almost another 2 WEEKS before they gave me a straight answer and told me they would not pay for it even though they supposedly have a “30 Day Guarantee” that if anything goes wrong they will “fix” it. That is a LIE! If you choose to deal with Chris Myers, just be WARNED that you will be there all day and there customer service STINKS!!! More
