If anyone had the right to be upset, it should have been me, not you! Patience, Friendly, Attentiveness, & Clear Communication Skills are just a few requirements for dealing with the public. He demonstrates unprofessionalism and is not a good representation of your company and what GM stands for. His actions should not be exceptable in the work place. Ronnie, you need to do better. More
