Brandon Pennington in sales coordinated every aspect of the sale with professionalism and courtesy. He even arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and made sure all the paperwork was ready when I arrived to pick up the car. Although, my used car purchase was relatively modest, Brandon provided me with the same "red carpet" service one would expect if buying a new Cadillac! After a diagnostic was run and a 60 mile drive, the haywire didn’t happen. The diagnostic showed nothing either. The service department (Darin) was very gracious and supportive. I thought that I would be charged for the diagnostic, and was ready to pay, but was told that I wasn’t being charged because nothing was found! What an honest and sincere company. More
The worst experience I ever had My vehicle has been at this shop for almost 3 months. The truck gave an error code for 50% loss power so we dropped it off to this location. I was tol My vehicle has been at this shop for almost 3 months. The truck gave an error code for 50% loss power so we dropped it off to this location. I was told it need a throttle boday and a few other things that can out to be 1500 dollar! We were told the truck was ready drove the truck for a week and the 50% loss power can back on. Took it back to the shop which it sat for a month so we had to call and check on the vehicle because no one would call up with up dates. We told it was fix, drove the truck for a couple of day and 50% loss power returned again. The truck is still at the Shop to this day with no updates in the last couple of days. More

Terrible I took my 2013 suburban in for a oil leak and they said they would look at it. I told Darin where the oil was coming from. He said he would call me.
