We have sold 8,000+ used cars since 1997. Most are well over 100,000 miles and priced under $6000. - As we all know, a used car is a mechanical device that may fail after months of driving. This E-brake failure occurred far beyond the warranty period and we did nothing to cause the failure. I will leave the public to judge who the rude actor is. The public knows the truth about this terrible place. There are so many bad reviews for this guy that no one should risk it. His response is yet another lie. He said "it's good enough and I got you a sticker" after saying that he doesn't know what the problem is with the e-brake. By the time I got home, the e-brake was not working again and it was past the warrantee time period. Sleezy. I just hope someone finally does an inside investigation and busts him for all the fraud and broken laws he commits.

E-brakes by law have to hold 1200 RPM. Your car held when it was inspected. I am willing to put new brakes (rotors, pads and E-brake shoes) on the rear for you. Is that what it needs or needed?

The offer is appreciated, but this is my work vehicle and I cannot risk you or your "mechanics" touching it. Due to other reviews I have read and my own experience, I am more than willing to pay a professional mechanic to fix it. I don't feel that it is necessary for anymore communication between us.

The truck was model year 2000 13years old at the time... buyer was looking for perfect truck.
