Nissan Xterra Going back and forth with Ryan about a 2002 Nissan Xterra for about a week, asked if he could hold it with my title of my vehicle, I go in the followi Going back and forth with Ryan about a 2002 Nissan Xterra for about a week, asked if he could hold it with my title of my vehicle, I go in the following week to test drive the 02 Xterra, pulling up to the dealership I noticed the 02 Xterra on the lift, went into the office met Dave the owner, never knew I was coming nor knew about the agreement Ryan and I made. Gave them another shot test drove a 04 Nissan Xterra, liked it, bought it, then found out the check engine light was shut off for 02 sensor, brought it back to get replaced, they replaced the wrong one, brought it back again fixed the right one and put a sticker on the Xterra without asking my permission. I bring it to the shop I've been getting my work done for several years, bad swaybar links, never did an oil change, never topped or changed any fluids, 4 all different wear patterns on the tires, bad wheel bearings,timing belt in need for replacement, and the oil pan had been quickly patched up with epoxy. Let's just say it has been an absolute money pit and never wish I have bought it. If you look at a vehicle here defiantly have your shop guy go with you to check out the vehicle. More

Very Happy I bought my 01 Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago. It failed inspection so I called Dave and he said to bring it in. He fixed the problem while i was at work so it didnt inconvenience me at all. When I dropped it off for the repair I was greeted by the mechanic who was very respectful and quick to help. True Care for Customers I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago. I dealt with two people - Dave and Tim. The dealership has a great selection of Jeeps and other fo I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee about a month ago. I dealt with two people - Dave and Tim. The dealership has a great selection of Jeeps and other four wheel drive vehicles. My Jeep had some problems that my own mechanic found, and failed inspection. By law, Dave (owner/operator) was only required to fix the causes of the failed inspection, but he fixed even more--everything on my mechanic's list. He truly showed care for my experience, wanting me to be happy with my purchase. He understood that my Jeep was one of the largest purchases of my life and did his best to make sure that it was a good experience. To be honest, I took my Jeep back to my mechanic after the dealership had worked on it, and my mechanic was impressed with their work and commitment to customer service excellence. Dave wasted no time in helping me. I would recommend this dealership...if you purchase and have any issues, call Dave, and he will take care of you just as he has taken care of me. Thank you. More
Offended and Very disappointed. My family and i travelled about an hr, about 50miles. We stopped in to see a silver/grey 2002 Envoy with 120,000 miles that was posted online. I call My family and i travelled about an hr, about 50miles. We stopped in to see a silver/grey 2002 Envoy with 120,000 miles that was posted online. I call several days in advance and spoke to a kind and eager man by the name of Ryan. We talked several times and he seemed nice. When we last spoke(the day of our visit) he said that he needed to step out and to call Dave (his dad or something) and that he would be meeting with me. When we arrived this older guy came out with a not too pleased look on his face and addressed my mother with "...so you're the people from Springfield...?". He then had no idea what vehicle I was there to see and when I told him that it was a silver/grey Envoy (which they had 3 that fit the description and supposedly several more on another lot) I told him I couldn't remember the spec but it was posted for around $4000.00 and had about 120,000 miles and that I thought it was a 02-04. To which he rudely and in quite the condescending manner replied "..which one?...you didn't bring it(I'm guessing a copy) with you?...(pointing at a silver/grey Envoy) this one's silver right?..." He didn't know any of the information about the vehicles. Mileage? "I dunno it in a file." Does it have the 3rd row seat? "You don't know? You didn't look?" He didn't even tell us the doors were unlocked or anything so that we could look. And then he just stood there looking confused and pissed and all put out. Then he trudged back to the office. I guress to look for the "file" but by then i was so offended and getting pissed that i told my family to get back in the car. Just the tone of his voice and the attitude he was putting out was completely off putting and unprofessional. It was like he was trying to make me feel stupid and like he was wasting his time, and he had better things to do. Like he was too good for my business. As we were leaving he came tapping on the window saying "well when you come back have a print out or the specs or something...". I told him we would not be coming back. I can't believe that he's a representative of the dealership. I worked hard to save what little money i have left over after paying bills and everything else, and I 'm sure as xxxx not going to spend it at a place where they treat my like crap. With this brief encounter I find DAVE totally deficient in people skills and personality. I would not and will not recommend this dealership. Sorry Ryan you seemed like a good guy but I won't be back. More
Extremely Satisfied! I recently bought a jeep for my son at another dealership and had to fight for them to do the basics, what they were responsible for. Unfortunately, I recently bought a jeep for my son at another dealership and had to fight for them to do the basics, what they were responsible for. Unfortunately, he was in an accident and we needed to search again. I dreaded having to go out there and fight for a car and worry if I was getting a good car for what I paid. We found a jeep at this dealership and I'm so glad. It's been a great experience! My son loves his jeep. He did have a couple of issues when we brought it home so I called the dealer. I talked to Dave and he said to bring it on in, he will fix it. He knew exactly what it was just by the description over the phone. I didn't have to fight for anything here, it was a nice change. He wants you to drive away happy with a safe, good running vehicle. He really wants his customers to have a good experience and be happy with their purchase. I've recommended this dealer to several of my family members and friends. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone taking the time to read my review. More
