Worst experience I have ever delt with. I bought a truck from Markosian Auto. It was the worst experience of my life. They had no idea what they were doing. Non of the salesmen or the financ I bought a truck from Markosian Auto. It was the worst experience of my life. They had no idea what they were doing. Non of the salesmen or the finance guys were on the same page. They told us many different things. We were there over 6 hours and they would not let us leave the dealership to get food, my down payment or anything. So we told them we were going to leave and not buy the truck. They let us go get the down payment but still would not let us get food. Told us we did not have time. Got back waited 1 1/2 after that to finish paperwork. Once we left the dealership they called me 10-15 times a day including at my work trying to get different paperwork. I sent them the paperwork and they never paid my car I traded in off. So my car payment got pulled out of my account. I have not had my car for over 3 weeks. I called the dealership and said I was a dumb girl and didn't know what I was talking about and hung up on me. Called back again and talked to the manager and he said lied and said that they had issued and sent the check. I called him out on it and he agreed that they had not sent the check out but hopefully that day. They will not tell me any information and how to get ahold of the bank they financed me through or anything. They do not apologize and they are so rude. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. And if I lived closer and didn't have to pay to put the truck back on the lot I would take it back. They are the worse dealership I have ever dealt with and hope no one will ever buy a vehicle from them. More

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!! We bought a 2007 suburban from markosian auto in May of this year and less than 2 months later the car started having problems. Lights were coming on We bought a 2007 suburban from markosian auto in May of this year and less than 2 months later the car started having problems. Lights were coming on and off and then the check engine light came on. All in the same time the car started to putter and shift very hard. We took it in to the mechanic because we were already out of their bull crap warranty!! The mechanic tells us that it has a collapsed lifter amongst a few oth problems in the cylinders. We were told it would be $1800 to fix it. After going in to fix it they found more issues with the car adding another $500 to fix!! Our mechanic also said that there was no way that markosian auto didn't know about the engine problems in this vehicle. They HAD to have known!! And on top of that now the transmission is slipping!!!!!!!! Thanks for nothing markosian! We've had our piece of crap lemon for only 3 months and it's been the worst buy we've ever made! They are so nice and helpful in getting you into a car that you think is going to be so great cause they of course make it seem that way but then once you've bought it they have no more liability to you or the car. This place and the owner should be ashamed of the type of business they are running!! It's pathetic that someone can have a business that rips off honest hardworking people! Seriously if your reading this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!!! RUN AWAY!! This is not a joke and I wish I would've had a warning. More

Nightmare We had a two month experience from xxxx. They dont stick to their word about working with people who have had a bankruptcy. We originally got a truck then they said we had to take it back because our loan did not go thru. So we took it back and was told that we had to put 7000.00 more down on the truck. Then we were told that we could get another car that was less although we already had a car from APG and in two months it will be paid off and we have never missed a payment. We waited 5 hours for the original salesman to assist us, 5 hours. Finally another salesman helped us and he was not very nice and seemed to behave like we were taking up his time. I will not recommend anyone here and when we did were told that we could not get the refferal bonus. They keep changing their rules to fit thier needs. More
