Once the sale of the vehicle was complete I had several questions regarding information on getting the tires replaced which was discussed during the purchase. Another area I disliked is their small thrown together waiting room while I was there for service. I've since taken the vehicle to Cortese Dodge for service which is where my fleet vehicle is maintained. Their waiting area is large with free Wifi and several TV's where as Marina Dodge was small and there was no WiFi and there was 1 small TV. The area was just not comfortable for a long wait while getting work done on our Town and Country. I only bought the van from Marina Dodge because the price was good and we liked the color. I was not impressed with the sales or service department after the sale of the vehicle and I do not believe I will be back there because of the lack of customer care. It seemed as though once the sale was complete they were no longer interested in assisting with any questions or concerns. More
Before my father bought my 2008 Honda Accord LXP, everybody wanted to help me out but now that father has bought it, they wont even answer the phone when im calling them. Before my father bought the car he had a test drive and found somethings wrong with the car. He told one of the dealers that there were several things that had to be fixed in the car such as the noise in the engine, the crack in the window and the key knob. He said that under those conditions if all of those things would be fixed he would sign the contract. The dealer agreed so my dad signed the contract. After we bought the car there was still a crack in the window (my dad saw the crack that was suppose to be fixed when he was driving back home from the dealership). At about 60 mph on the drivers side there was still ongoing noise coming from the car, and when he finally arrived home he was going to lock the car but the key knob wouldn't work after several times of clicking on the key knob the car finally locked. The next day I myself went over to the dealership with my dad and had told them about the problems that were still ongoing. The answer that we got from them was the engineers had looked at the car and there were no noises coming from the engine, there was no crack in the window, and the car is 5 years old so the key knob isn't going to work that well. But we all know that a 5 year old car key knob should be working perfectly fine, my family owns a 2000 Audi A6 and the key knob on that car is 100 times better than the key knob on the Honda Accord, they also told me there is nothing wrong with the key knob. So my dad and I took it to the John Holtz Honda dealership service center and they told us that the key knob had to be replaced that would cost about $125, or it can be repaired for $105. As you can see this dealership lies and cheats you. The 2008 Honda Accord pricing was way too high. We went to the Mercedes Benz of Rochester NY to see what they would give us for a trading price, they asked us for how much we had bought the car for, we told them the amount, there answer was that it is way to high for a car that year with those miles. We had lost about $3k. I would like to go to court, or I want them to take the car back. My father had not drove the car since we found out about the pricing of the car. They told us to fix the problems on the car you have to go to Honda dealership, and for the window we had to go to our insurance company. My family is very unsatisfied and very upset. More
My visit was the worst i have ever had at a car dealership i will never return nor will i send others there i went there with intent to buy a new jeep that was listed on the internet for around $26 dealership i will never return nor will i send others there i went there with intent to buy a new jeep that was listed on the internet for around $26,000 i like over 2 hours away when i got there the price changed top $39,000 funny how that works i had printed off all of ads of of cars.com the dealers website and autotrader.com the salesman told me that it was because he could not change the price above msrp well after i left and was pissed to say the least they changed the price on all of the sites also i had a trade in that they were aware of i dealt with there internet sales team who assured me that the vehicle would be there when i got there ready for me to test drive and i would be able to drive it home that night when i got there a salesman had taken the jeep home so i had to wait 30 mins for him to get back the internet manager told me they could get within a few hundred dollars of my payoff on my trade in which is why i took the drive when i got there they offered me $23,000 my payoff was $27,800 i would not be surprised if there are other reviews like this as i have posted my opinion on many other sites and it seems others feel the same way as i do there sales tatics were borderline illegal when discussed with my lawyer he said take them to court for bait & Switch prices do not change like that and i will continue to write these bad reviews as long as i can so that everyone knows who they are dealing with More
Our saleman was the son of a friend. But he was extremely courteous and helpful. He worked with us along with his cousin. The purchase went extremely well and simple. The service depatment meets the same quality as the sales department. This organization is family owned and the family works well together to deliver a top notch product and service. This had been my first purchase from Marina, but now they have made a customer for life. Kepp up the great work. More
When my wife and I came into the dealership, we were looking at new cars on the lot. Whan a sales person finally came to talk to us he asked us to come inside and talk. When he came back he wanted to know what car we were interested in. We told him either a Grand Caravan or a Town and Country. He said that we should look at a different car that was smaller and would cost less. I asked him how he could tell that by taking a copy of my Drivers License. He went to talk to the Sales Manager and they drank Coffee and were laughing at many of the people in the show room. I told my wife that we were leaving and headed for the door. He came out and asked why we were leaving and I told him that I was not happy with the way we were treated and would not wait any longer while he and the other sales people and the Sales manager never did work on a deal, since he never took any information about my wife and me. They have sent me an e-mail at least three times a week. I never answer them because I would not do business with people like that. More

I almost called in regards to an email 1 week ago concerning the 2012 Mitsubishi Lance but with 3 years payments left on the Cobalt I didn't think I could afford the payments. I had my oil changed and my radio replaced for the 3rd time under warranty. The dealership failed to put a new oil sticker on my windshield and eventhough I told them to make sure they registered my new r time under warranty. The dealership failed to put a new oil sticker on my windshield and eventhough I told them to make sure they registered my new radio with SiriusXM, they failed to do so, and I lost my satillite radio a day later for the second time due to them changing the radio. I even told them before my appointment to make sure they changed the radio with SiriusXM. I will not return to this dealership for service again. More
My experience with Shane Pitts and the Marina Dealership in Webster NY was great. I bought one car, came back the follow week and ask for something even better and they found my first Brand New Car, which, in Webster NY was great. I am so happy with everything I got jeff cosco was so helpful and helped me find the perfect jeep for the right price. I never felt pressured or rushed with anything.
