From the beginning, when I purchase my Outlander (2008) I have had extremely positive experiences with the dealership at Marina. Since purchasing the vehicle I have been faithful in servicing my vehicle at t have had extremely positive experiences with the dealership at Marina. Since purchasing the vehicle I have been faithful in servicing my vehicle at the recommended times and they have always quickly and efficiently serviced my vehicle. the sales people did everything they could to make the sale sound good. As i co-signed a loan for my brother in law a few months later all the financial paper work came back in my name only! After calling the dealer they said that the banks do not do a co-sign any more it is a co-buy and they chose who ever had the stronger credit.So at this point i am now stuck with a car loan only in my name and my brother in law is making the payments and is not receiving any credit for himself (which was the point of it) and i am now stuck with a high debt to income ratio on my credit report. i would not ever recommend this dealer to any body!!! oh and i was promised A $50 gift card for referring a friend and NEVER RECEIVED it ( found out why BECAUSE I BOUGHT THE CAR) More
Marina was pretty good to me. I live over an hour away from Marina and this would have been a very valuable service to me. I also feel like I was almost deceived. I would have liked to have the bluetooth capability enabled as well as satellite radio but wasn't told that it was really an option to have that done until I was asked to sign a paper saying that I wasn't promised anything other than what I was getting in my car. I would come back, but I would certainly be a bit more careful. I hear the commercials all the time and felt like I could get a good deal there. More

He was very helpful & professional as well. I have purchased a number of vehicles from Gabriele Ford & Marina Dodge dealerships. It never a hassle buying from the Gabriele family. I had a great experience buying a car from Louie Restivo. He is very personable and professional, a real asset to the dealership. Also, when I went to pick up my new Jeep Liberty, it was in immaculate condition, inside and out, from being in the snow the day prior. The staff at Marina obviously takes pride in their work and takes care of their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car or service. I purchased a "Chrysler Certified" vehicle, which had having supposedly gone through the 20+ point inspection. Not sure why this was "Chrysler Certified" as part of the inspection includes all which had having supposedly gone through the 20+ point inspection. Not sure why this was "Chrysler Certified" as part of the inspection includes all Recalls done prior to pick up (Not done prior to pick up, had to insist on it), Floor Mats (not in car), Owners Manual (took me over a month and several phone calls to procure one). Leads me to wonder what else was conveniently skipped. Also, on the day I came to pick up my used car, I waited in the showroom for 3+ hours as they had forgotten I was coming to pick up the car and it wasn't ready. Each time I inquired as to how much longer it would be, I was told "5 minutes". Nobody would explain to me why I was waiting. I finally found out that they were nowhere near having my vehicle ready when I overheard 2 employees discussing the situation. They didn't know I was standing behind them. More

I thought since you were the person who does the surveys and things that I should let you know how great everyone was, Marlena has been especially helpful to me since I bought my first vehicle from you 3 months ago. Lou, and Mike helped me out in the sales department and did a really good job, Mike did not try to convince me to buy anything, he just simply explained the perks of why it would be better to buy brand new, and also he did try to find me a used vehicle before we moved to a brand new one, but he was sincerly concerned about me taking on a previous owners issues again. I am not sure of the name of the lady at the front desk, but she was wonderful also, very friendly and made conversation with my mom and I while we waited for everyone to finish with the customers they had so they could help us. I hope this information helps you with your research. I think there are some people that are helpful people in your type of business, and some that try but just don't do as well, and there are plenty of dealerships that would not even care about my problem once I left the lot, but Mr. Gabrielli and Marlena did thier best to help me with the issue and keep me from getting into another. Some people think it is not fair that I did not get the full amount back for the vehicle that I had problems with, but I feel ok with the situation because it is not something anyone could have seen happening and Mr. Gabrielli had already taken up the cost of alot of the repairs that I had done. I think he is a good business man and knows how to take care of his customers, so I am not sure there is any improvement needed because you already seem to be doing things very well. More
Jim Pullara helped and did not push me to purchase the van. he was very helpful. The finance department tore up three contracts until i got one i could sign. Jef took the time to work through the buying process with me and it's been 6 months and he has followed up at least a half dozen times to ensure I am satified and to see if I need anything. Also, I just received a $100 certificate toward service even though I am not looking for a new vehicle. I highly recommend Marina Dodge More
