Great service They did a great job. Had the brakes checked for replacing and it turns out it was just a rock stuck in the pad. But got it taken care of. Oil change They did a great job. Had the brakes checked for replacing and it turns out it was just a rock stuck in the pad. But got it taken care of. Oil change too and the free car wash made this super convenient for me to get all taken care of. Major plus is the free multipoint inspection so everything is in good shape. Had a tail light replaced that i didn’t know about. And the shuttle service was fast and friendly so I wasn’t stuck in a waiting room all day. Excellent job on all parts. Would definitely recommend and will be returning for future work. Thanks everyone! More

Poor Communication The dealership was very busy when I went to drop off my car at the scheduled time. They took a while to help me, and actually took care of at least on The dealership was very busy when I went to drop off my car at the scheduled time. They took a while to help me, and actually took care of at least one customer who arrived after me, before they got to me. Once they got to me I was moved through relatively quickly and told to wait for a shuttle to work. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and efficient. Throughout the course of the day I received a voicemail asking if I would like additional services to be completed on my car. I tried to call back and left a message. An hour or more later I tried to call again and left another message asking for certain aspects of the work to be completed. A third time I tried to call I asked the operator to leave me on hold as long as it took and continue to keep sending me through. I never talked to anyone in the service department on the phone again. I did manage to arrange a pick-up to get back to the dealership through another department. However, they never notified me that it had been arranged and the driver called me from the street without me knowing he was on his way. Overall, communication was poor. The work suggested was a couple of belt replacements, which probably would be good to have replaced. I will be going elsewhere to have this work done. More

Oil Change and Inspection Dealership did an excellent job. They were very quick to get my XC70 in for service. My only issue is that when they did the inspection I see in the Dealership did an excellent job. They were very quick to get my XC70 in for service. My only issue is that when they did the inspection I see in the summary that they saw that the front bumper was not attached on the right side but did not bring this to my attention. Overall my experience was great. More

Took my 03 Forester in for an oil change, tech found me and personally discuss what she found when she did the checklist after finishing oil change. Service Adviser dealing me, made sure I had seen the checklist and answered any and all questions I had. The oil change was quick and painless. I go no place else. More
