Nice people but....EXTREAMLY slow service The only reason i go here is because i got $13 oil changes for the lifetime of my car but from now on i will be taking my car elsewhere. With or without an appt. the time it takes to just get an oil change is absurd. Ranging anywhere from 1hr - 2.5hrs. As i already said i will be going else where and pay a bit more and be done in under a half hour. More
Great Service! Had an appointment for my 18,000 mile check up. Tires rotated, oil changed, fluids topped off and filter check and car washed. Replaced the headlight and rear wiper blade ... on our "new" 2010 Subaru Forester, despite the fact that we (like two of the other three vehicles they service for us) bought it elsewhere. overall good but.. Had my car in for airbag recall, etc. Glad I checked car out before I left. They forgot to plug in the fan after having the dash apart. First Service Visit- Oil Change, Tire Rotation Pleased with quick and timely service for oil change and tire rotation. Disappointed that two or three staff members worked near me but gave no greet Pleased with quick and timely service for oil change and tire rotation. Disappointed that two or three staff members worked near me but gave no greeting and made no eye contact when I arrived at service desk to pickup vehicle and pay for service. After a few minutes, someone walked up and asked if I had been helped yet. May seem minor, but customer service is what brings customers back. Everyone I encountered was friendly, I was just surprised and like I said disappointed. I'm sorry I don't for sure know the names of the staff members and only checked the names of those I think were working at the time. Jeff was sitting at desk, Heather signed paperwork, and Misty left me a voicemail that vehicle was done. They may or may not have been the same three at the service desk when I picked up my vehicle. More

Service Experience I have to say I was surprised how service is administered for A Volvo owner. It is nothing like a Lexus service experience. Your service people were I have to say I was surprised how service is administered for A Volvo owner. It is nothing like a Lexus service experience. Your service people were very nice. When I called and ask if I could use a car during the service, which she said would be two hours, she said no. When I arrived, I asked again, and she said well you have to reserve in advance. I told her about the phone call, she did everything she could and came up with a car 30 min. later. I also had questions about some of the technology functions and the young man helping me was not experience to answer all those questions. He worked very hard and helping me and we made some progress. I will go back to the dealer I purchase the product from for service and get my answers. I am just surprised about the appearance when you drive in. Since your a multi service dealer, your focus for luxury cars gets the same focus as non luxury cars. It was a surprise. Employees are great. I just don't think the dealer has correctly focused on customers as he should. More
