Great Follow-up - They Made It Right I had to provide an Update to my initial Review entitled "Looks Like Something Was Missed?" back on March 3rd. I did return my vehicle to the Dealer I had to provide an Update to my initial Review entitled "Looks Like Something Was Missed?" back on March 3rd. I did return my vehicle to the Dealer the next available business day and the staff as always were attentive and courteous. I restated my issue in regards to the condition of my battery and to put it simply They Made It Right and I must say I was impressed as I was honestly not prepared for how quickly they resolved my issue. I would certainly consider Maple Hill as at least in my case they did back up their work. Heather C. deserves special mention as someone who exemplifies great customer interaction. More

Not A Fan of Online system but EVERYTHING Else is Great I attempted multiple times to use the online scheduling system but no avail. It would not allow me to get the end to book it no matter what I did. Fin I attempted multiple times to use the online scheduling system but no avail. It would not allow me to get the end to book it no matter what I did. Finally I did manage to get it to work or so I thought. I found it quite odd that I didn’t receive a confirmation email but it slipped my mind to call and confirm with dealership. But then I noticed I had a headlight out so I called the dealership to have this added to my appointment. They put me through to Amie; she informed me there was actually no appointment scheduled for me. But before I started frantically trying to figure out what I was going to do Amie reassured me that she would be able to set the appointment for the oil change and headlight replacement for me. And she even got me in for the exact time that I was under the impression I was already set for. Amie was very apologetic about the online system’s mixup. She told me I can call & ask for her from now on & she would be sure to schedule my appointments. I am so glad that I called to Maple Hill & was put through to Amie; she’s helpful and kind and she is an asset to her department. More

Quick,thorough and teamwork I made a call to Bruce about a new outback and he quickly hooked me up with Mike Z. Mike was very competent and explain every step.
