Scheduling and fulfillment Hello, When trying to schedule my 20K mile maintenance, I was told the first available appointment was weeks out. Upon finally getting the vehicle in Hello, When trying to schedule my 20K mile maintenance, I was told the first available appointment was weeks out. Upon finally getting the vehicle in for the maintenance, there was an issue and my vehicle no longer was drivable. I was told the service department would need to keep it for an unknown period. When I asked what rental car would be provided, I was told there were no cars available, this is unacceptable. After a long hold, I was told I could come pick up a car. I brought in a 2017 Volvo XC90 T8 and left with baseline Subaru. I have had the vehicle back for a couple days and there are now three issues found with the vehicle. Sadly this is not the first time I've had an issue with Maple Hill. I wanted to purchase a vehicle from Maple Hill, but couldn't get a salesman to help me. I would truly enjoy a phone call with the manager at Maple Hill to discuss my experience. It's not enjoyable driving past Maple Hill on my way to Betten imports. More

Maple Hill Subaru Came thru in a pinch! Had my window fall off its track unexpectedly heading home from work at 4:30pm on a Friday.. In a panic, I called up Maple Hill and they were able to Had my window fall off its track unexpectedly heading home from work at 4:30pm on a Friday.. In a panic, I called up Maple Hill and they were able to get me first thing Saturday morning for service. Beating the rain that came thru at noon, Maple Hill was my saving grace. Cannot thank you guys enough! More

Friendly and Helpful Staff I received emails before the visit confirming my appointment and what was on the list for service. When I needed to reschedule the appointment it was I received emails before the visit confirming my appointment and what was on the list for service. When I needed to reschedule the appointment it was very easy to do. An email informed me of my revised service appointment. The day of the service appointment the drop off and use of the Maple Hill Auto Group shuttle to get back to work was seemless. I received a phone call midday updating me on the service work completed at that point. I then received a second call later in the afternoon confirming the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Upon arrival the vehicle was ready and had been freshly washed. There have been no problems with any of the service work completed. Great experience! More

Bob W. was super easy to work with and has a no presssure/high satisfaction attitude. I went to a competitor a few days before and walked out after quite an opposite approach to sales. We had a very specific Forrester that we wanted and i happened to find one on their lot that wasn’t online yet and Bob worked hard to get me in that car. They even stayed late to get us out the door that day with our car. We will most likely be using them in the future and have friends looking for a Subaru and will recommend them. More
