Super great experience My husband wanted a bigger vehicle than my Crosstrek so since we were in the Kalamazoo area we drove over to this dealer to explore our options. He sat in the Ascent and fell in love with it but it was not the color he wanted and no sun or moon roof plus he didn’t like the rims. Salesman said they could find us one with the better rims. No pressure. Paid off what I owed on the Crosstrek which I’d owned for only a year. Husband was willing to put down the money from his retirement fund to keep the payments low as long as he could get what he wanted. They got it and we absolutely love the Ascent. Loved this dealership too. They worked with us. Would definitely recommend this salesman too. He followed up with us too. Walked me through all the features on her too. More
