My prior visit / issue was with scheduling a tire alignment with a 90,000 mile maintenance and being told the day I scheduled on was not open for the lift although the scheduling service allowed it. Was told to use a phone number or separate email address to schedule anything more than a maintenance or oil change. Doing it this way we were right on time and greeted with multiple workers who spoke with us regarding the plan, diagnosis hour and kept us up to date in the waiting room. More
