Great work, but 2 hours is too long. Steve was great, yet I just needed an oil change and my tires rotated and it took 2 hours. Great Customer Service I made an appointment for Saturday morning the week prior and was greeted by Cassandra. She was very kind and efficient. I walked to Bronson Place t I made an appointment for Saturday morning the week prior and was greeted by Cassandra. She was very kind and efficient. I walked to Bronson Place to visit my aunt while my oil change was being performed. She called me to keep me updated. Unfortunately I needed a couple belts replaced and a battery. I did choose to have the belts replaced, but do the battery another time. She made sure she quoted me the correct time frame and when I was walking in they were driving my car up. It was a very pleasant experience besides having the unforeseen expense. More
