The online service scheduling tool was not working when I tried to book an appointment, but I was able to use the online chat utility and they were ab The online service scheduling tool was not working when I tried to book an appointment, but I was able to use the online chat utility and they were able to book my appointment. Everyone was friendly, however, it was very hectic when I arrived. This was my first experience with the service department and it was unclear where to go or what to do when I first pulled into the service center. All in all, the service performed was good and fairly quick despite the amount of vehicles being serviced. The price seemed a little high for an oil & filter change with tire rotation. More
