Paid almost $5500 for 2 new cads. When I picked up my car, they had said I should wait so it could be washed. The next day it was not washed, which honestly felt xxxxty after spending $5000. Then they forgot about me and I waited a half hour outside after waiting in line just to get my keys. Had to go back inside and then someone just grabbed my keys and gave them to me. The work was done in a timely manner but please work a little harder on the little details, it makes a huge difference. More

Simple service changing air filters, olive and brake fluid. After 2 hours of waiting, the car was rain but I was forgotten until I asked about progress. Once pumped up to match the other 3 tires, no further warnings vame up. I was left wondering whether the brake fluid change was as sloppy as the tire rotation. More
