Was going to buy a motorcyle from them emailed them price $3300 they came back with $3800. Went in to see it sales guy tells me it's $3000. I said can we start it and neede to be jumped off.I said you sure o $3300 they came back with $3800. Went in to see it sales guy tells me it's $3000. I said can we start it and neede to be jumped off.I said you sure on the price he yes 90% but he'll check anyway.1o min later he comes back and said it's $4999.Now it was just on ebay week before and highest bid was $2800. I stuck with $3300 not knowning what the real price actually is. They said no then it sells on ebay the next wek for $3200. I work for 500 millionares and most own company's that need fleet cars/trucks but I'llmake sure they know how team chevy treats people. More
I was looking for a Corvette through the internet and was contacted by 4 dealers. Bob was the only one that actually looked around for a car that fit what my stated requirements were. He found an acceptable car about 400 miles away but after I kept looking at a car that was on their lot I liked it much more. Of course it cost more but fell in lust for it. Bottom line is that he did not try and pressure me into spending more and was truly interested in finding what I wanted. As for their service, I had my previous car in their shop for a warranty fix. I told them that one of my tires had a slow leak. The mechanic just wrote on the report that he found no nail. I had it in again, just before I bought the new one and made them look at it again. There was a cracked rim, that was when I decided to sell the car. During the same visit, I told them that the traction control button was not working. The mechanic tried to pass it off that the traction control won't turn off if the tire pressure is low. I made him look at the button by telling them that I was not a moron and knew that and it would not turn off even after I put air in the tire. He looked and the switch was damaged. Bottom line is they will do a decent job if you make them. More

This is the first dealership where the GM actually comes out to meet you, your family, and to offer congratulations. The finance manager is quite knowledeable and does not try to sell you things you don't need. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK IN THE FUTURE! More

Eric Frost is the BEST. I seen a Tahoe on the internet that was interesting to me. Sent for an inquiry and got a very quick response from Eric. The dreaded "haggling" is every buyers nightmare. NOT with Eric, we spoke on the phone about the Tahoe. I seen very quickly this was not going to be the standard purchasing experience. Eric was very straight forward and honest about the "out-the door" cost. My conversation with Eric on the phone was enough for me to drive over 4 hours, one-way. Even if I didn't make a purchase I just had to see if the experience I had on the phone was genuine when face to face. Let me tell you, Eric is for real. We have another car purchase planned in the next year or so. No doubt Team Chevrolet at Northpoint will be seeing me again. Team Chevrolet is the real deal. More
