I had the best new car buying experience in almost 30 years of buying and leasing new cars at Team Chevrolet Northpoint Alpharetta GA! From start to finish, the dealership was professional, responsive a years of buying and leasing new cars at Team Chevrolet Northpoint Alpharetta GA! From start to finish, the dealership was professional, responsive and provided a very strong deal. I was immediately contacted by Robert Moses, Internet Sales Manager who arranged my entire transaction from pre-visit lease negotiations to post visit with F& I. I was impressed by Bob's very strong product knowledge on the Volt and his ability to quickly find me a better vehicle choice than the Volt I test drove. We worked together to get to a lease payment that exceeded my expectations. I arrived at Team Northpoint at 3:30 PM on Friday afternoon and drove the Volt off the lot at 5:45 PM. Evelyn did a great job in the F&I department working very quickly through the lease transaction. I ensured that all the lease numbers matched before Evelyn & I sat down thanks to General Sales Manager Sule's help. No one tried to hide any number; you just have to know what you need to ask for (see my post on Volt forum). Another larger metro Atlanta area Chevrolet dealer located in Chamblee GA could not even get back to me with timely and even competitive offers so if you live in North Fulton county or don't mind the drive to Alpharetta, visit Robert Moses at Team Chevrolet Northpoint. My experience with Eric and the rest of the team was one of the best I've had. Erick was a great sales person not a pushy sales man as some I have dealt with in past. From start to finish this was a GREAT auto buying experience. Started with my internet inquiry through Consumer Reports and out of the 3 dealers that responded to that inquiry, Patrick was the most p experience. Started with my internet inquiry through Consumer Reports and out of the 3 dealers that responded to that inquiry, Patrick was the most prompt and responsive. I heard back from him as soon as the inquiry was sent. When I say as soon as I mean the phone rang within minutes of the inquiry. I explained what I was looking for and Patrick took more than enough time to understand my needs. Initially I was going to delay my purchase until after the 1st of the year, but decided on the 29th of December that I would try to purchase before the year was out. I asked Patrick for quotes on various vehicles on the lot and selected one and we focused on that. He offered me a pretty fair deal for my trade-in which actually got better once they had seen the car, and offered me a very, very good deal on a 2012 Traverse LT w/1LT trim. I met him at the dealership on Friday morning 12/30 and in less than 2 hours I was done. Patrick's partner Eric actually finished my deal up with me as Patrick had another customer arriving within 30 minutes after me. Eric could not have been more competent and accommodating. From the sales experience to the Finance office (very low key, no hard sell at all on the menu of various add-ons), to Eric's orientation in the car when the deal was done and I was in the car ready to leave I never felt pressured or rushed. Truly a GREAT and memorable car buying experience. I would definitely buy another vehicle here and would certainly recommend Team Chevrolet at Northpoint to anyone. More
It was the best new car purchase experience i've had since purchasing my first new vehicle in 1978. I normally buy vehicles every 3-4 years and had moved to leasing over the last 20 years as a way of no since purchasing my first new vehicle in 1978.
