BUYER BEWARE! TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! Purchased a used chevy truck from this dealership in august. The used car manager was your standard full of xxxx used car salesman. I showed concern f Purchased a used chevy truck from this dealership in august. The used car manager was your standard full of xxxx used car salesman. I showed concern for some noise coming from the front end and I was quickly interrupted with a comment "that's just noise from the tires" (as it is a lightly lifted truck with oversized tires). I asked Al if he would have the techs look at it and he replied "sure no problem" I return the the dealership the following day to purchase the truck and was assured that the noise was in fact tires. So I took it home. In the next few weeks the noise got substantially worse so I took it to the best wheel and tire guys in the business, Butler Tire in Marietta. I was told it needed BOTH front hub assemblies! $200 each plus installation!!! I considered letting Autonation have the opportunity to fix it but they had their chance before I bought it. $500 later my truck rides quiet as could be while my pockets are lighter than ever. Come to find out that used car manager doesn't even work there anymore so I leave a few messages with the GM and never heard anything back. Needless to say they are not concerned about their reputation or rectifying a problem with a vehicle that existed before I bought it from them. I expected a lot more from a corporate chevrolet dealer. My advise is go to ALM, they have several locations around town and will bend over backwards to make their customers happy. we bought a Tahoe for my wife there in June and it was the smoothest transaction you could ask for! Snake in the Garden took in for engine light. was told before it was either the evap vent or purge solenoid. The Service adviser with tobacco dip in his teeth checked t took in for engine light. was told before it was either the evap vent or purge solenoid. The Service adviser with tobacco dip in his teeth checked the code and said it was the evap vent. Parts $160 labor $270. Was told by him it was hard to find the part and to change it out because they have redesigned it. I should of done my research before allowing them to do it. It probably took them less than 30 min to finish but charges $270. Saw on youtube later, simple fix. Autozone sells part for $120, amazon $80. Two days later engine light comes back on. Autozone says its the purge valve. Purge valve is plug and play, cost $23.99 at autozone, Autonation in alpharetta charges $200 for the purge valve fix. They use trickery and deceive their customers and over charge them. Had them change my oil while they had it also. When I picked up my truck, oil was leaking from the oil filter. Pathetic. Not going back, and I hope this helps somebody out there. More

Pre-owned vehicle purchase I purchased a vehicle from them back in February of 2016. They were so un-organized that it took them 3 months to get the loan processed correctly. I I purchased a vehicle from them back in February of 2016. They were so un-organized that it took them 3 months to get the loan processed correctly. I had to come in 3 different times to bring them in pay stub information before they finally got the loan processed and completed. Very frustrating. I then noticed that they had charged over $2500 for a extended warranty I did not ask for and did not want. Yes my fault for missing it in the paperwork prior to the sale, but regardless once I saw this I asked them to cancel it and refund my money. They were hesitant but agreed. I have been going back and forth with their finance department and management since May to get this refund and have still not received it. I have called every two weeks since May and always get some excuse (different every time) but I still have not received anything. Most of the time they will never answer or return my calls or emails. It is my money and I can't believe it has gone on this long and I still have nothing. I tried calling the general manager and corporate and have not received any response. I am going to have to pursue legal now, which is ridiculous, but I am not going to sit back and see them conveniently forget about the $2500 they owe me. More

They found the truck I wanted and made a great deal on the price. They also gave me a great deal on my trade-in. The salesman (Rey) was very good. He was low pressure and he took his time to go over the vehicle thoroughly and make sure I understood the features. The management followed up to make sure I was treated right, that all my questions were answered, etc. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesman to others! More

She had us approved over the phone, we just had to go pick up our new baby, with only 10 miles onher. We spoke with the finance manager,Amanda, and she was wonderful. We drove out with our new truck, and everyone was wonderful to us.We will highly recommend them in the future. I had requested online quotes and I took the first one to reply (Jerry Massa from AutoNation Chevrolet Northpoint called about 10 minutes later but I advised Jerry I would stay with the first dealer that had reply (Jerry Massa from AutoNation Chevrolet Northpoint called about 10 minutes later but I advised Jerry I would stay with the first dealer that had just called. Unfortunately this other dealership showed less interest when we negotiated a satisfactory price and they said they needed to search for the car I wanted. A whole day passed with no news from them. Fortunately Jerry Massa called me just to find out if I was still satisfied with the other dealership and I told him the status and how surprised I was they were dragging their feet in finding my 2014 Camaro. Jerry asked if he could search for the exact car I wanted and I told him if he found the car and matched the deal, he would have my business. In 2 short hours, Jerry called and said he located my car AND he lowered my monthly payment from what was negotiated at the other dealership!!! What great service!!! Not only that but when I was in to sign the papers, Roth Hershiser offered to search for any other incentives I might qualify for!! Who goes beyond the normal to help the customer AFTER the deal is agreed!!! I have dealt with many car dealerships in my life and I have to say that Jerry and Roth has put AutoNation Chevrolet Northpoint way beyond other dealerships in personal service, upholding what they say they will do and going beyond to make me a loyal customer! This dealership is truly an example of what car buying should be! Earl M. More
********WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING***** WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING******** AUTONATION Chevrolet Northpoint in Alpharetta WITHHOLDS PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE DURING PU WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING*****WARNING******** AUTONATION Chevrolet Northpoint in Alpharetta WITHHOLDS PRE-EXISTING DAMAGE DURING PURCHASE!!!!!!!! We purchased an Autonation QUALITY "INSPECTED" and "APPROVED" FOR RESALE Tahoe and the Autonation Chevrolet Northpoint representatives neglected to mention several pre-existing damages like the battery acid leak into the ELECTRICAL SYSTEM!! OUR mechanic noticed this as soon as he raised the hood after the vehicle had to be towed to his repair shop straight from our driveway after we made it home from purchasing it. He found other problems as well, the bottom of the driver's seat was installed BACKWARDS and a beige plastic type coating was PAINTED OVER THE LEATHER SEATS to make them APPEAR in great condition. The plastic coating made the leather spongy & stretchy so the seats are now ripped in SIX places - SIX!! The seats have been covered up since we've had the vehicle because IT'S BEEN IN THE REPAIR SHOP THE ENTIRE THREE MONTHS! Seats are always covered to prevent damage to the interior of their customer's vehicles and there are still SIX rips in them!! The vehicle has only been driven FOUR times in over THREE MONTHS and it had to be towed back to the mechanic ALL FOUR TIMES! When one thing is fixed it causes something else to malfunction! We are disabled so we don't have a lot of money so we thought a large, REPUTABLE dealership was the best way to shop for a car but it's not. I really wish we had gone to one of our local small town dealerships where integrity matters because Autonation is AWARE that the QUALITY vehicle they inspected and sold us is STILL UNABLE TO BE DRIVEN AFTER THREE LONG MONTHS. They have not offered any help with the pre-existing damage - DAMAGE WE DID NOT CAUSE IN ANY WAY!! We have now used the last of our 401K money to purchase an Autonation QUALITY vehicle and we've put over $1,000 in repairs so far on credit cards in an attempt to fix the pre-existing damage that we weren't told about. Autonation's QUALITY vehicle is still NOT running after THREE LONG MONTHS and it was towed straight from our driveway after we made it home from the Autonation dealership!!! Learn from our mistake!!!!!!!!! More
