Found my CRV EXL AWD The buying process was great. No issues. All of the employees were very professional and great to work with. They made the process stress free. Howe The buying process was great. No issues. All of the employees were very professional and great to work with. They made the process stress free. However, the detailing of the CRV Did not meet my expectations. I bought the car late in the day. I think they were trying to hurry and missed several things in detailing the CRV. It was driven from a dealership 200+ miles away. They cleaned the outside of the CRV. The Interior windows, center console or the interior lift door were either not cleaned or were poorly cleaned. The windshield washer fluid wasn’t filled up. I’m not sure about other fluids This is my third Honda. I had a Civic and an Accord for 14 years each. Ninety percent of my maintenance has been done by Honda dealerships. I will still do business with Maita. I was very pleased with everything, but the detailing. I love my CRV. More

Greatest customer service Maita got me out of a jam when I needed them. I got in an accident and my car was totaled. Needed new car but my insurance company was going to take w Maita got me out of a jam when I needed them. I got in an accident and my car was totaled. Needed new car but my insurance company was going to take weeks to send me a check for my loss but wanted me out of the rental NOW! I dipped into savings for a down payment until my insurance company sent me a check, but no dealers in the area had the exact car I wanted to buy for a week and, of course, I had to get out of the rental now. I commute a long way to work. What was I going to do? Maita gave me a loaner for a week and let me use it for my long commute for no extra cost to me. I could have had to pay for a rental for another week costing me hundreds of dollars. But Maita came through when I needed them. What awesome customer service!!! I’ve bought three Honda’s from that location, and there will be more. They are always easy to deal with and worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a reasonable price. And the base model 2018 Accord Hybrid looks beautiful and is loaded with features for a base model. What a positive experience!!! More
