A hassle-free buying experience. I received what I felt was fair market value for my trade-in of my 2015 CR-V. Although you did not have the vehicle I wanted in your inventory you very quickly located one for me and made sure it was speedily delivered to your location. When I signed my final papers and received my vehicle it was everything I expected it to be. Jake Vale went above and beyond what I expected and delivered the vehicle to my residence on a Sunday. Thankfully there was no line and I was In&Out in 20 minutes.... with a clean, freshly washed car to boot. Craig Griggs is OUTSTANDING and doesn't miss a thing. I've also worked with Todd Stamps several times over the years (bought 3 cars from him) and there is NOBODY better for internet sales. Absolutely no pressure, just a real straight-shooter who blows me away with his prices. More

To my amazement I was in the danger zone for front brake replacement and some axel parts. Tires, fluids, were checked as well. The service provider was thorough in his description of what needed to be done for driving safety, to the extent that he took me back into the garage so that I could see for myself what needed to be replaced and why. This is a good strategy for excellent customer service because when I could actually see what the safety issue was I knew it would be taken care of so that I would be safe driving on the highways and roads. I purchased my Honda CRV at this dealer in October of 2005. A brand new car at the time I find that as long as I keep it regularly maintained it runs smoothly and comfortably without expensive repair costs. I was even extended a nice discount for bringing my car in for service. Another job well done! Thanks! More
