Maita performed well I purchased my car cash at Maita Honda. I bought a service agreement for $1,900. Maita has always done a good job working on my car. They just don't replace parts, they diagnose problems first. Presently, Maita Honda is helping me with my service agreement and a faulty installation from the 76 Union Gas Station on Manzanita and Madison Avenue in Carmichael. Specifically, people at the 76 Union Station replaced my AC compressor. However, when they installed the AC compressor, OEM specification installation requirements were not followed. Wiring involving the AC compressor unit was grounded to the frame, and should never have been grounded. When I took it back to the 76 Union Station they did everything but take responsibility for altering the wiring. The Union 76 station was the only shop ever to replace my AC compressor. When I bought the vehicle at Maita Honda, no wires were altered in terms of the AC compressor. That is how I know the 76 Union Station altered the wiring to save money. Right now, Maita Honda is working with my service agreement company to attempt to fix the botched repair job with the AC compressor, as well as a few other problems that were discovered in this process. More

Extra Nice! Personnel at Maita Honda are always friendly and knowledgeable, but my experience on last Friday morning was over-the-top excellent. My 18 year old C Personnel at Maita Honda are always friendly and knowledgeable, but my experience on last Friday morning was over-the-top excellent. My 18 year old CRV was checked out to make a quick trip to SF,; Budd said everything appears to be fine, even though it is due for major service, (which I intend to do in the near future) and he did not charge me for the visit. They did not fill windsheild washer fluid. I brought in the car for Oil Change and they did not fill the windsheild washer fluid. When I brought the car it was completely empty. When my car was ready to go I checked the wiper and found that they did not fill. After I mentioned to the service advisor then they filled it in. This is second bad experience with this dealer. In my last visit, the left head light bulb was bad when I brought. They did the multipoint inspection and they lights are good. While they were servicing the car I bought the bulb from the parts department to put it myself. I thought they will call me and ask whether I want to replace the bulb. But they didn't and they said everything looks good and I am good to go. Multipoint report said lights are good. I called the service advisor and showed him the report and also turned on my car lights and showed left side bulb is bad. More
